Carolina Dogs Matter was formerly a 501(c)(3) rescue focussed on helping shelter dogs at risk. After a whirlwind ride
that saved the lives of 103 dogs in Texas, the all-volunteer staff decided to pause, and assist with the tremendous re-homing need. CDM now networks to help fosters find homes forever homes. Please note that we do not have a kennel to take surrenders. However, you are welcome to post your CD on our Facebook group.
