Cody

Cody was a stray that was skin and bone, then nursed back to health by her foster. The foster does not know if she house trained, but she was definitely someone's pet. She knows sit and down. She's pretty good on leash and very relaxed in the car. She's okay with other dogs but a little skittish, and doesn't seem experienced in how to play. It is not that she is aggressive, but awkward.

The foster would love to keep her but their current 2 dogs (both strays) are not friendly. They don't even like each other. So adding a third isn't an option.

Her foster said that she would be best with an experienced dog owner. She was running on her own with no structure for several months, and needs somebody who can teach her good manners.

It is not certain how she reacts to cohabitating with cats. The neighbor has barn cats and Cody didn't seem obsessed with them.

She is fostered in southern North Carolina, with a virtual meet and greet available, where you can see here interact with here surroundings. Transport is available to the perfect home.
