Mia

Mia was pulled from a Texas shelter on her euthanasia date along with her male pup, and relocated to start a new life. She is 2 years old, spayed, up-to-date on her shots, and microchipped. Her foster said that she is very sweet, knows all basic commands, but does occassionally need direction.

She absolutely loves her stuff babies, carrying them around in her mouth. She is crate trained, but hates the crate and will cry for a few minutes before she quietens down. She is happiest when she knows you're home and she can see and touch you. She is not aggressive towards other dogs, but would suggest that she be introduced slowly to smaller dogs. She does awesome on the leash; no pulling at all and walks so leisurely. Mia is learning to trust again and has finally started to trust her foster enough to get on the couch with much encouragement to cuddle. Her foster thinks she is amazing and would love her in her home, but does not have space for another.
